    Step 2: We Process Your Request

    Our program coordinators review applications and add you to our support list. This usually takes 2-3 business days.

    Step 3: Get Matched

    When an Empowerment Partner sponsors your box, you're ready to start receiving monthly support.

    Step 4: Receive Your Boxes

    Boxes are delivered monthly to your school nurse, counselor, or designated safe person. Completely discreet.

    Step 5: Thrive

    Use your supplies and resources to stay confident, explore opportunities, and chase your dreams without interruption.

  • Yes! Empowerment Boxes are completely free for students. Generous community supporters fund every box.

  • Once per month, year-round. You can pause or stop anytime if your needs change.

  • Sign up anyway! We work to partner with new schools based on student interest

  • No. Delivery is discreet through trusted school staff, mail, or pickup locations. Only you and our program coordinators know.

  • Yes! We have to receive consent from your parent to receive the box. If we are unable to receive consent we will work with you and your situation.

  • Just email or text us. No explanation needed, and you can always sign up again later.

  • Any student in grades 6-12 who needs period support. No income requirements or other restrictions.

  • That's okay! Extra supplies mean you're always prepared, and you can share resources with friends who need them.

  • We currently have a waitlist but we are hopefully this list will begin distribution box by October 2025
